"Sistema de ar condicionado nao funcionava na modalidade de aqurcimento. 51° F na madrugada sem conseguir esquentar on quarto. Por sorte foi somente um dia nesta temperatura"

"Very bad service"

"The room was mostly clean, but the bathroom was gross. The staff were ok. The parking was ok. We stayed here two nights and was woken up all hours of the night by people. We would never stay here again."

"Poor girl was by herself. So, nobody at the counter for 10 min. when I arrived. Only 1 elevator worked, at the time. Room was was ok, only decaf coffee in the kitchen. Next to zero water pressure in the shower, pathetic. When I got back from dinner, the elevator quit working, so walked up 4 flights with luggage. Sketchiest of areas. Just pay the extra $30-$50, and stay in Polaris area, next exit up I75."

"I should of known booking at a Days Inn it isn't the best but when the room is at 80+ degrees and the air condition unit would not go below 78 degrees. We should of just left that night. We stayed the one night and I woke up hot and miserable with a headache. Left and went to the hotel across the street."

"Room was clean and AC worked well. Hotel charged my credit card an extra $75 for no reason even though I had paid through Expedia. Not impressed that no explanation was given."

"There was trash daily in hallways, overflowing trash cans everywhere. Liquid and food trash in elevators. The staircase was cleaner than the elevators. My room and the hallway it was off of smelled like mold, carpet in bad shape, obvious water damage, tub didn’t hold water, needed a wrench to turn on shower or any water going to shower, toilet randomly ran water consistently. Cable channels kept going out. Staff never answers phone forcing you to walk allllllll the way to the front desk, mostly...

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Early check in and late check out, prompt when I needed things replinshed, and friendly."

"It is definitely a get what you pay for hotel. Random stuff in the room was falling apart like the dresser, the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, you only get two flat pillows per bed. We spilled some water on the ground and used our hotel towels to soak it up and when we picked the towels back up, they were completely brown. The location is nice because of how close to everything it is. Internet doesn’t like to connect sometimes and will also tell you that you have too many devices on it....

"This is the 2nd time I have booked a room at this location. Both times they didn't have the room I reserved blaming it on the booking site. I requested king size smoking and didn't get the room either booking."

"We had a leaky faucet, a nasty toilet toilet paper roll under the bed nasty used tissues in the tissue box. This place overall not the greatest for the price and wouldn’t recommend it . Also what they don’t tell u is after the price u have to pay for just the hotel u have to make another 40$ refundable deposit for incase you destroy the room or wtv and if u want to check in earlier then 3pm u have to pay a check in early fee and it’s 10$ an hour"

"Local bom, fácil de encontrar. Instalações antigas, falta de manutenção. Tampa do vaso sanitário rachada, luzes do espelho do banheiro queimadas, carpete sujo. E uma outra viagem, escolherei outro local para me hospedar."
