"Comprei um quarto no dia 11/01/2015 para ficar no periodo de 11/03/2015 a 14/03/2015 e chegando lá não tinha o quarto comprado disponivel . Fiquei surpreso com o hotel que falou que o Hoteis.com sempre errava nas reservas . Achei estranho pois nunca tive problemas com o Hoteis.com . Liguei para o Brasil e depois de mais de 3 horas de espera o hoteis.com me colocou em outro hotel da mesma categoria já que o que que eu aluguei com 2 meses de antecedencia não tinha o quarto pago no dia 11/01...

"I stayed in a $300 suite and the room was extremely outdated. Our bathtub had rust in, that was through the porcelain, and the carpet in the room was not stretched right and had runs in multiple places. There was not a blanket in the room anywhere for the pull out couch bed and one of the couch cushion covers was in terrible shape. We will not stay here again. "

"The woman at the front desk was so friendly! The amenities the hotel offered were awesome (outdoor sitting areas, basketball court, indoor pool). The room was nice! The pullout couch needs updating. The mattress was uncomfortable. "

The room was cleanish, both toilet paper rolls it had practically fell off the wall just sitting there. The hot tub warmish and way too much chemicals. Turning on the jets caused a foam mountain. "
