"CAUTION!!!!!
Most horrendous accommodation I have EVER stayed at
So many issues, and the manager didn't even want to take our call, left it up to front of house to try resolve
Both bathrooms toilet seats were broken, aircons didn't work, sleeper couch broken can't sleep on it, hair everywhere, couldn't walk around without shoes on. 2 towels available for 5 people, nowhere does it mention the property is right on Witkoppen so very noisy. The list goes on.......
Would never return"

"Unfortunately we did not like our stay. To start the accommodation is NOT in the premises advertised (I wonder if the guesthouse in the pictures exists at all). We were moved to a flat in a closed, ugly, complex and I found out only because I realised the pictures the owner (or whoever Billy, the person I was exchanging whatsups with is) did not correspond to the guesthouse advertised. Billy did not ask me if it was OK to be moved to another accommodation and only when I asked him what was going...

"Security & proximity to a gas station and some shops was the thing l mostly enjoyed. Starbucks was just around the "corner". I walked (300meters) there everyday day. The Staff was amaizing. For a place that was renovating, the noise was minimum and surprisingly very clean, you could hardly notice. It being a new place, l had to get food outside, per the Manager Lebo breakfast would be included once they finish renovations."

10/10 Excelente
Nossa estadia foi excelente.
Hotel muito luxuoso.
Quarto e banheiro maravilhosos!
Melhor banho que já tive em um hotel. Tanto pela ducha quanto pela qualidade dos produtos.
O hotel tem 3 restaurantes mas só tivemos oportunidade de jantar em um deles o Kunu. Comida excelente e atendimento super cordial.
Café da manhã muito bom também.
