"Entire experience was 5*. Staff were very attentive and friendly, room was spacious and clean, shower was powerful, bar and restaurant were nice and food was great, including the Elveden lager. "

"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "
