"Very well maintained hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Perfectly located, walking distance to the Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. Also several restaurants nearby. Parking is a bit pricey, but within range comparing with other hotels in the region. As always, Hilton is a safe choice."
"We had trouble finding the door/parking to enter the building. The balcony faces a liquor store and nightclub so it’s not quiet. Other than that the inside was wonderful and walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. "

"Communication was difficult, especially since booked through Expedia. This became an issue when it came to obtaining access codes, as the Sonder website (which was emailed to me for verification) didn't accept either Confirmation code. I also started a chat with Sonder 3 weeks prior to our stay asking about bed arrangements to ensure we had the correct number of beds, and I NEVER heard back from them. This was an issue becasue we got to the property and had to make up the sofabed but didn't know...
"Great location. Decent breakfast. Staff was overwhelmed at breakfast and it wasn’t very busy. Overall the hotel staff was really good though. Myra was very helpful. "
