This 3-bedroom getaway comfortably hosts 8 guests, making it the perfect home base for groups. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances and a bright dining area that walks out to a private patio. Whether you`re hitting the hills or the Village, everything is a short stroll away!

    This inviting and sun-filled living area offers the perfect home base for your next getaway. Designed with a large open-concept layout, the space features ample seating with plush sofas and armchairs, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a large, brand-new flat-screen TV for movie nights. Large windows frame peaceful views of the surrounding greenery, creating a bright and airy atmosphere where you can truly kick back and relax.

    Whether you’re whipping up a gourmet meal or prepping quick snacks for the slopes, the fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, bakeware, and utensils you’ll need. Just bring your favourite groceries and coffee grounds/pods for and you’re all set!

    Enjoy family dinners in the adjacent dining area, or take the party outside through the sliding glass walkout that leads directly from the dining space to your private patio. It’s the perfect setup for seamless indoor-outdoor living when you aren`t out exploring the local restaurant scene.

    Bedrooms and Bathrooms

    This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided for your stay. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having an in-unit washer and dryer.

    Bedroom 1: Queen bed + ensuite, upper level
    Bedroom 2: Queen bed, main floor
    Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds, main floor
    Living area: Double sofa bed, main floor

    Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Two parking passes will be provided to you and must be displayed on your dash at all times.

    As your hosts, we`re here to make sure your stay is everything you hoped for and more! Feel free to reach out with any questions or for local tips.
    1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

    2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

    3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

    4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

    5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

    6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

    7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

    8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

    9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

    10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

    11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

    12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

    13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

    14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

    15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

    16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
