Welcome to Trio Retreat Haven, a recently renovated Blue Mountain retreat offering 25 bedrooms, 34 beds and 9 bathrooms across two buildings.

The first building features two individual chalets side by side — an 8-bedroom chalet and a 10-bedroom chalet. The second building is a standalone 7-bedroom chalet located directly across the street. Together, they provide a unique setup for large groups, with multiple kitchens, living areas and sleeping spaces while keeping everyone close together.

Located in Tyrolean Village, the property is approximately a 12–15 minute walk from Blue Mountain Village, making it a convenient choice for weekend getaways, family gatherings, reunions, corporate retreats, ski groups and large group vacations from the GTA and across Ontario.

Recently renovated to combine modern amenities with authentic cottage charm, Trio Retreat Haven offers plenty of space to gather, relax and enjoy Blue Mountain in every season.

The Two Buildings
Building 1 – Two Side-by-Side Chalets
The first building contains two individual chalets located side by side, offering a combined 18 bedrooms, 21 beds and 6.5 bathrooms.
The two chalets each have their own kitchen, living and dining areas. Guests can also enjoy spacious decks with views toward Blue Mountain, a year-round heated indoor pool, a private hot tub and a sauna.

10-Bedroom Chalet

The 10-bedroom chalet features an open-concept main floor with a kitchen, dining area and living room, along with a fireplace and flat-screen TV.
The main floor includes 1 bedroom and a powder room. The upper floor has 6 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, while the lower level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Building 2 – 7-Bedroom Chalet
The second building is a standalone chalet located directly across the street on a spacious lot of more than one acre.
The 7-bedroom chalet offers its own kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as a heated outdoor pool for summer use, a private hot tub, BBQ and large outdoor deck with beautiful views toward the face of Blue Mountain Resort.

Pools, Hot Tubs & Amenities
Trio Retreat Haven offers a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy throughout the year.
Indoor Heated Pool: Enjoy the year-round private indoor heated pool, maintained at approximately 80–84°F.
Outdoor Heated Pool : The outdoor pool is heated and available for seasonal use during the warmer months.
Hot Tubs: Two private year-round hot tubs are available for guests to relax after a day of skiing, hiking or exploring Blue Mountain.
Sauna: A private sauna is available in one of the chalets.

Outdoor Amenities
Three gas BBQ grills are available on the decks, with no propane required.
Three firepit areas provide additional outdoor gathering spaces. Firewood is not provided.

Important Information
-Trio Retreat Haven is located in a residential chalet community. Guests are expected to respect the surrounding neighbourhood and comply with all applicable municipal bylaws and property rules.
-The City’s 24-hour Noise By-law applies. Excessive noise is not permitted.
-Hot tub and firepit use is restricted between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
-A security camera is positioned at the front entrance.
-The property requires the use of stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
