Slopeside at 209 with Hot Tub + Mountain Views
Experience the best of Blue Mountain Resort in this mountainside home for 6 at North Creek. This condo is within walking distance of on-site amenities including a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts (seasonal) as well as the North Chair Lift at Blue Mountain Ski Resort. Guests can take advantage of being minutes away from skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, and golfing as well as the free shuttle service to the Blue Mountain Village.
As you arrive at our slopeside retreat, you’ll be greeted by the main living area with a couch facing the Smart TV with cable and electric fireplace. Relax and take in the natural light as you enjoy some après-ski relaxation. Sliding doors lead out to the private balcony overlooking the resort pool and hot tub.
Kitchen The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and bakeware you need to feel at home. A Keurig coffee maker is also available for your morning brews. All you need to bring for nights you’re not at one of Blue Mountain’s restaurants is your food, spices, and Keurig Pods!
Bedrooms and Bathrooms The first sleeping area is on the main floor, where a queen bed is tucked behind the living room. The living room couch can also transform into a double size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. There is also a loft-style room on the second floor with a queen bed, half wall, and ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom in this unit is located on the main floor.
North Creek Pool / Hot Tub Update - Fall 2025 The North Creek Resort pool and hot tub facility is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, daily. The hot tub is open year-round and the pool is open seasonally. As of September 17/25, the pool remains open until the weather cools off. We expect the pool to close by Thanksgiving but an exact date has not been announced at this time.
North Creek Amenities This unit includes access to the North Creek Resort shared pool (seasonal), hot tub, BBQs, and tennis courts. Coin-operated laundry facilities with washers and dryers are located in the main building #2. This is a ski in / ski out unit at the North Base of Blue Mountain. It is a 2-5 minute walk to the chairlift.
This North Creek unit is considered a ski in/ski out at the North Base of Blue Mountain and only a 5 minute walk to the chairlift. 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
