"This house was outstanding. It has all the amenities we were looking for (Large bedrooms, beautiful decor throughout, stainless steel appliances, front porch and a deck in the back) and this is just the beginning. The fence in backyard made my Boopy (My Shih Tzu) think he was in heaven because he could run around without being leashed. Also did I mention it was just short ride to the beach? All in all, we give this property 5 STARS. We will definitely come back again next year."

"The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. "House was ideally located for us, since we needed to be at the Cape Point Marina early every day. Not a lot in the way of shopping or restaurants unless you drive 30 minutes to Beaufort. But the house itself was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of towels for bathroom. Found the beds a little firm for my liking, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, very convenient location and the host always responded quickly to our messages. Thanks."

"It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside.
