"I picked a spa tub on the website and when I got to the property they told me they no longer have them in the room. I showed up to check in and the manager kept making excuses as to why the room wasn’t ready so finally at 4pm we got into the room my husband was taking a shower and there was no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. "There were food wrappers in my ice bucket, my kids found a half empty cigarette pack under a cushion, and the rooms were musty. The breakfast was meager, mostly breads, and there were literally two apples for fruit. No yogurts or anything either. Dont bother pre checking in because they still make you sign the physical paper and give your credit card when you get there. Also they inspect the rooms before you can check out, which is a pain "
