"Quando realizei o meu check in me deparei com uma situação caótica: roupas de cama sujas, falta de toalhas, lixo cheio e privada entupida."

"Sheets were stained. There were no forks in the cabinet to use. The bathroom was tiny, I'm only 5'4 and when I sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall. I had to sit sideways on it. The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for...

"Very nice hotel and the location is amazing. We walked to the Rocky Stairs, City Hall, Love park. And all the shops on Chestnut street. Also there is a cafe and a restaurant in the lobby and a rooftop mexican bar. the room we stayed on 9th floor looks brand new and modern. Loved the city, loved the vibe."

"The staff clearly did not want to be there. They were extremely unfriendly and couldn’t even manage a smile. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I strongly recommend providing customer service training for your staff. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. "Quarto muito bem arrumado e limpo. Quanto aos funcionário são super atenciosos. Inclusive precisei de ajuda para solicitar comida, e um dos funcionários não só me ajudou quanto ao pedido, como também foi buscar! "

"Good clean well located"

"Hotel atende as expectativas. Quarto bem confortável!"

"Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one. They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

"Localização ok, quartos com bom espaço, equipe de funcionários pouco cordiais, e o café da manhã é ok."

"It was very dark in the hotel. Room layout was unusual with shower window to the rest of the room and door to the toilet was not floor to ceiling and not sound proof at all. Fine for a married couple but not ideal if I were traveling with someone else. Bar area/lounge was very cool. Staff were very good."
