"The bed wasn't bad but could be better. The bath was very good. But the carpet didn't look clean. We were checked in to our room 220 while cleaners were still busy cleaning it. Even though we offered to remain outside while they finished the work the Spanish ladies who did not speak or understand English just packed their stuff and left. "perfect to stay"

"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked a suite and it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice. The pool was disappointing. It was unclean and there were hairs and bugs floating in it. The pool water actually looked stagnant, so maybe the filter wasn't working. The pool walls and floor were filthy. We were so grossed out that we couldn't even use it. The air conditioner in our room wouldn't not get cold even after setting it to 60. Check in and check out were easy...

"What was unique about this hotel was the total disregard the Owners have for its upkeep, staff, amenities and shabby condition it is and has been for years. They should be ashamed that they own it. Two staff members told me that “they were embarrassed to work there.” Everything from the rooms being dirty, bathrooms disgusting, no hot water, breakfast food was totally inedible, the pool was locked up, the staff would yell across the lobby to each other and were dressed like homeless people. ...
