"Hotel em um ponto estratégico de Londres, Wimbledon, servido por varias linhas de ônibus, duas estações de metrô e trem, chegando-se às atrações principais da cidade com muita facilidade. Staff do hotel bastante cordial, começando pelas "cleaners", passando pelo barman, e chegando até os atendentes, em especial o sr. Mauro, que ofereceu seus préstimos mesmo não estando em serviço."

"Além de belíssimo, o hotel conta com um staff atencioso, dedicado e extremamente educado, o que foi muito importante. A pouco mais de 200 metros, há transporte público. O pequeno almoço era bem servido e variado. "

"Localização com fácil acesso ao metrô Tooting Bec Station. Quarto confortável , limpo e com bom chuveiro . Café da manhã adequado mas não é rico em opções . Único defeito é que mesmo deixando a sinalização no quarto para limpeza não o fizeram e também não trocaram a toalha . "

"O quarto era bem limpo e lençóis de fato trocados e toalhas limpas diariamente. Contudo, o elevador sempre parava de funcionar, nos fazendo subir e descer várias vezes de escada. O café da manhã é terrível! O atendimento é prestativo, embora pareça que estão sempre sobrecarregados (até consertar elevador, eles tentavam)."

"Der Komfort der Zimmer ist einfach doch nützlich. Kofferbock und Garderobe mit Kleiderhaken machen es leicht Bekleidung aufzubewahren. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht. Der Koch ist hervorragend, die Küche alleine mit der guten Auswahl an nationalen und internationalen Biersorten die Wahl des Standorts wert. Wein hab ich wegen der Hitze zu Pfingsten nicht konsumiert, die Karte sah aber sehr attraktiv aus."

"The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....
