"After a long drive I needed to check in quickly, freshen up and go out again which I did with time to get to NGA. When I returned I ordered room service which was delivered in good time. The blackout curtains are superb for a good night’s sleep, as was the comfy bed. The only tiny shortcoming was the iron. I had a linen top that was very wrinkly. After ironing it was slightly wrinkly, but wearable so not the end of the world. "

"Brilliant place to stay with a young family. Nothing is too difficult for the staff. We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. The pool is incredible! Spa warm and main pool warm. The kids pool was a bit too cold for us but that didnt matter. Playgrounds are great, basketball court amazing, free games on the deck daily and so much to...

"The place was perfect for our needs. Check-in was easy. The place was clean and even had them come and tidy the room each day, they made the beds and restock us with fresh towels each day. A communal kitchen that is stocked with all that is needed if you wish to cook, if not there is the pub just across the road. Very conveniently situated. The only thing I can fault is the parking. If the Hotel is fully booked you may not get a parking spot within the parking area so you may need to park out...
