Only in 2018 newly renovated and sophisticated non-smoking apartment in a quiet rural location just 25-30 minutes from the fair Dresden and the city center of Dresden.

Enjoy the village tranquility on the edge of Dresden and the Tharandter forest. Here you can relax, hike to your heart's content, ride a bike, ride a horse or use one of the many attractions (see excursion possibilities).

Accommodation:
On your vacation, a 68qm apartment awaits you upstairs with separate access. The apartment consists of a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a large living room and bedroom, and a small storage room for your suitcases.

TV, WLAN, washing machine (detergent included), dishwasher (tabs included), fridge, freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hobs, shower, bath, towels and bed linen, radio

Bedding:
- bedroom with double bed
- rear part of the living room with double folding bed (1,40m * 2m)
- Extendable living room couch
- small extra foldaway bed possible

Excursions:
- Reiterhof (about 5-10 minutes on foot)
- Tharandter forest (about 15-20 minutes on foot)
-> Hiking / cycling passes are provided free of charge
- Restaurant (4 km, about 45 minutes on foot or 5-10 minutes
 Drive)
- Golf course (about 5 km, about 10 minutes by car)
- Children's paradise Oskarshausen (12 km, approx. 20 minutes by car)

WATCH OUT:
Currently, renovations are carried out in the outdoor area, which does not affect you during your vacation (I am only working with you on the renovation project to ensure the promised peace!)
