"Staff was pleasant. Rooms were not that clean. We had no amenities!!!! Just a bed and tv. No refrigerator or microwave. Ppl were knocking on our room door all times of the day and night and staff wouldn’t address any issues. Key card didn’t work. Hotel can be comfortable if they upgrade and not lie on the site!"

"If you are looking to save money this is the cheapest. But it comes at a price. I don't even know where to begin? Traditional standards are clean room clean towels, cleaned daily, free of mold and insects, working tv, etc. I thinking camping would have been more sanitary. This place is disgusting but we booked a week. Other motel 6 places we've stayed are superior to this in other states. NOT Texas, Grand Prairie. "Common spaces in the hotel were nice and the renovations were well noted and not a bother. Room was spacious and good except for the AC not working night one and the large bag of wingstop we found under our sleeper sofa…"

"No questions asked or issues about traveling with dogs. Horrible customer service, mold growining in the shower. What looked like piss on the pillow and blankets upon first arrival to the room. They did have waffles for breakfast so thats a plus.. but literally, just waffles. No other form of hot foods, but it was also a very cheaply priced room and i fid not see any signs of unwanted bug activities either!"
