"The staff always accommodate our leaving my mother’s car while we drive her south to be with family. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We choose this hotel every time we go to Tyler. The breakfast set up with one small cup dispenser for coffee was a little hard for those of us who are hearty coffee drinkers. "

"Great customer service at bars and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping strip. Room service took about an hour to bring water and clean towels. Carlos bartender was amazing. Charlene at underground has exceptional customer service care. Prices are great. Would stay again"

"O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, limpeza razoável. Banheiro antigo mas funcional. Cama e travesseiros terríveis. Café da manhã inexpressivo e praticamente inexistente. Não recomendo. "
