"Staff were helpful but we had some confusion after at checkout when they texted me that the key is not returned and they found it and apologized. The rooms are not bad but each room is slightly different. We had three rooms and one of them had issue sin lighting so quite dark. A/C is quite loud and blows directly to one of the beds, so you should either freeze or turn it off and tolerate the heat. Tried to let the windows open but the screens where not fit and there was a crack that allows...

"I thought the property was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable, however we were charged extra per person which wasn’t maxe clear during our Expedia purchase this bumped the price a fair bit and I felt like it wasn’t transparent enough."

"Estacionamento bom, check-in rápido, bom atendimento, apto muito grande... boa relação custo beneficio. O café da manha até é bom, bem variado mas as acomodações são muito pequenas em relação ao tamanho do hotel."

"The property is in an excellent location, 100% love the location. Parking was free and included, so that was also very good. The room and bathroom was upgraded to today's standards so that was also 100% good. However, the property is pretty bare bones, no amenities, no frills, almost no art on walls in the room, no special touches, no bottled water, no hand lotion for dry hands, Very bare bones for a $300+ room. No views, no water views, no amenities, but excellent location and good parking....

"It is an older property, but some renewal. The rooms were cool but not air conditioned. It is not ideal for family, 1 queen bed and no pullouts. We had the unfortunate smell of the next door neighbours cooking coming into our room.."
