Just 1.2 kilometers from the idyllic sandy beach of El Portet, known for its turquoise waters and cozy coves—ideal for families, snorkelers, and sunbathers.

The Mercadona and Pepe La Sal supermarkets are just a 2-minute drive away, so everything you need is always close by!

Casa Voskamp is a beautiful, detached villa on a spacious 1,600 m² lot with a large 12 x 5-meter private pool, surrounded by a lush garden full of unique trees. On the various sun terraces, you can enjoy the outdoors while the kids have endless fun in the pool. Even in winter, you can enjoy a dip in the heated pool (for an additional fee).

This spacious home is perfect for one or two families and offers plenty of privacy and comfort. Spread over two floors, you’ll find:

The neighborhood is spacious, with beautiful gardens, palm trees, and Mediterranean-style homes. It’s a safe and child-friendly neighborhood, perfect for walking or biking. Thanks to its hilly location, you’ll enjoy stunning views from many spots.

🚶‍♀️ Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find local bakeries, cozy cafés, and several large supermarkets, such as Aldi and Pepe la Sal. Every Friday morning, there’s a colorful weekly market in the center of Moraira featuring local products, clothing, and fresh fruits and vegetables—a fun outing for all ages. There are also plenty of padel courts nearby!

🏖️ Feel like a day at the beach? Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach El Portet, a beautiful cove with fine sand, shallow water, and a few charming beach bars. Moraira’s main beach and the smaller Playa de l’Ampolla are also nearby.
