LAYOUT: The INFINIDAD villa is distributed over two floors. As soon as we enter the main floor we will find on our right hand side the living room formed by two sofas (one with two seats and the other one with three seats) next to a coffee table in the center and a television. On the other side, there is the dining room with a designer table for six guests with views of the pool and the mountains. Right next to it, we will find the kitchen, fully equipped and independent with all the necessary services to prepare delicious meals. On this floor we will have at our disposal a small bathroom. On the lower floor we will have at our disposal a toilet. On the lower floor, we have access to all the bedrooms: one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There is a second bathroom with shower on the same floor.



OUTSIDE: Before entering the property we will have space enough to park two cars. Going down the stairs we will have access to the pool area surrounded by sun lounges to sunbathe and enjoy the outstanding views that the villa offers us. Under the porch, we will find a chill out area where we can enjoy the company of our friends or relatives and the magnificent sunrises and sunsets of Moraira. In addition, right behind we will find an outdoor dining table where we can enjoy excellent moments together.



LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the famous fine sandy beach and crystal clear waters of El Portet and a step away from the renowned cove of the Cumbre del Sol. A great place for you to visit the Cabo d’Or and its wonderful area.
