Located in a very quiet residential area, this bungalow enjoys a pleasant proximity to a variety of bars, restaurants and the shopping centre Pepe La Sal, only 2 2-minute. drive. Another 5-minute. drive takes us to the famous coast town of Moraira, where an unrivalled sand beach can be found together with various water activities.

The bungalow offers parking for 1 car, from here a few steps down lead us to a small sunny terrace, that has access to the bungalow.
