Outside, the enclosed sun patios with sea views surrounding the private pool are completed with full patio furniture, sun lounges, and a portable barbecue, perfect for a fresco meal.

This villa is a two-storey holiday home with two separate apartments. From the parking place steps lead down to the upper floor with a nice living with TV-SAT-DVD and a separate dining area, both lead to a large balcony with amazing sea views and a portable BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms, all three with A/C and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower each.

From the balcony, external steps lead us down to the lower apartment by the pool level: entrance into a lounge with SAT+TV+DVD, dining room and kitchenette, one double bedroom, and a twin bedroom both with an A/C unit and sharing a bathroom. Central heating for the cooler winter months. A few steps lead us down to the nice pool terrace with sunbeds and dining place, perfect to enjoy the wonderful views of the Moraira coastline.
