The beach is quite rocky, so to find a nice sandy beach you have to walk about 600 m or travel by car to one of the stunning beaches in the area. There are many restaurants in walking distance with some really exceptional: try the tapas at Billy's, and seafood at al Mar and the lovely Amantes the Mororaira, great libanese dinner at Aux 2 papillons. "The apartment did not match the description or the photos provided. The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible wear and low-quality fixtures, and much of the equipment throughout the apartment was very old and outdated. Overall, the stay was disappointing, and the listing needs to be updated to reflect the actual state of the property."

"Excellent location. Beautiful sea view. Very clean and spacious. Some plaster crumbling off one of the walls. Bit of a smell from the bathroom drains. Glass table in the living room was chipped on the edges"

"Buena ubicación aunque lejos del centro de Benidorm, alojamiento sin lujos pero perfecto, aparcamiento en estas fechas sin problemas. No tiene ascensor y es un tercer piso (a tener en cuenta por aquellas personas que lo necesitan)"

"Het is een prachtig appartement. Alles erop en eraan. Heerlijke bedden, keuken op en top in orde. Uitzicht formidabel. Er zouden nog een paar makkelijke stoelen bij mogen. Als je met 4 personen bent zitten er altijd een paar op de balkon stoelen. Er staat namelijk maat 1 bankje in."

"Clean, modern apartment. With all the facilities you would ever need. Nice balcony with views over the beach. 5-10 min walk to the main strip. Two bathrooms. Couldn&#039t really fault the accommodation but like previous reviews it could have done with a full length mirror somewhere. No sunbeds by the pool. Lifts are on the older side and are a bit slow and small (4 persons max)."

"The apartment was so clean and spacious for 3 people. It had everything you needed on your holiday; a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and more. It is perfect for a long stay or a short stay like us. The communication was perfect and was easy to get to. The location is perfect. It is right on the beach in the old town and has a great karaoke bar called the yellow submarine about 30 seconds for the apartments. We could not hear noise from the outside. A great stay! "
