With furnished terrace, charcoal grill, free garage, tiled stove, cozy living-dining area with beautiful wooden furniture, satellite TV in each bedroom, located on a meadow and a slope, hiking trails directly behind the cottage. Ideal for families and those seeking peace and quiet who just want to relax surrounded by nature. Let your kids kick out and relax on the benches around the Umundum hut or over a cup of coffee in our large kitchen on the farm. The surrounding hills invite you to bobsleigh and sledging. If you like, you can also come to the farm and help feed the many animals, pony a pony, hug a llama or dog and cats through the snow and build a snow horse, walk with the goat across the meadows or try the playground ..As soon as behind the hut a path leads through the forest past an old church up to the Stolzalpe, nature lovers and hikers will also get their money's worth. Spielberg - THE motorsport center is only 45 km away and there is something going on almost every weekend. Three ski areas are just 20 minutes drive from the farm. Grebenzen, Lachtal and the Kreischberg invite you to go skiing. The small mountain town of Murau, with its picturesque streets, cafes, the castle and the beautiful promenade, summer and winter a holiday highlight. The cottage is a spacious cottage with 80 m2 living space on 2 levels. 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a beautiful conservatory, bathroom and toilet and 2 small storage rooms offer enough space for up to 5 people. Special features: tiled stove, microwave oven, four-poster bed, winter garden, coffee machine, 2 x flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi ... Outside there is a small wooden hut, a garage and a fenced garden, ideal for dog owners. The Umundumhütte was built in 1940 and newly renovated and furnished in 1990 and last 2017. At the edge of the forest, located on a slope overlooking the Wölzer Tauern, the hut is ideal for peace seekers and hikers, because just behind the property, beautiful hiking trails lead up to the Stolzalpe , The Sonnbichlerhof is just behind the hill and is the hit with pool, playground, soccer field, ping-pong table and many animals!
