Enjoy the luxury and convenience this Granite Ridge location offers in a beautiful 3325 square foot, free standing Granite Ridge Homestead property. This 2 level home is a short walk of less than 200 yards from the Granite Ridge surface lift, providing quick access to the slopes, without the noise a slope side property might experience. This home features custom furnishings in a spacious, open floor plan with a large stone fireplace and high end appliances in the kitchen. This unit has a large living area, with great windows, opening up to the expansive deck with hot tub. The open concept kitchen allows the 'chef' in the group to stay in the conversation. The large custom kitchen island is a central feature of this fully equipped chef's kitchen. There are two guest suites on the main level. The first is a queen bedroom with a ensuite full bath. The second is a large king master bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in the ensuite bath.

Downstairs you will find a third bedroom with a King bed and full bath. The large family room offers a bunk bed and a comfy sectional sofa. An ensuite bath and laundry room complete this area. This family room boasts a large flat screen TV + Roku device and electric fireplace along with a full size pool table, making this a fun gathering area for kids of all ages. This additional space in the property allows for children or teens to have a separate area to enjoy their mountain vacation. There is an attached 1 car garage and mudroom for ski and sports equipment, including a multi ski boot dryer, making this a practical, as well as beautiful residence for extended family groups. This property is within walking distance to a surface lift located at the top of Arrowhead Road, offering convenient access to the slopes and hiking at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

Parking available for a maximum of three vehicles; one space is inside the garage and the other two are directly outside the garage door. The owner keeps a car stored in the other garage bay. **Motorcycles, trailers, Sprinter vans and RVs are not permitted in Granite Ridge, so please consult our reservationists for parking assistance. In winter, 4WD vehicles are recommended.

In summer, you're within walking distance to a wide variety of activities in Teton Village. Your family and friends will keep busy in the Grand Adventure Park learning the ropes course, bouncing around on the bungee trampoline, and taking a shot at the climbing wall. You can also enjoy hiking the on-site trails spilling over with beautiful wildflowers, testing your mountain biking skills on lift accessed trails of all ability levels, taking a guided tour of the Via Ferrata climbing routes, and trying out the disc golf. Riding the “Big Red” tram to the top of Rendezvous Mountain for 360-degree views of the Tetons and splendor of the valley spread out below you is a must. Pop into Corbet's Cabin at the top of the tram for their famous homemade waffles. Take a selfie on the tram dock!

For a change of pace, take a short 15-minute scenic drive past open ranchland with grazing cows and horses into the historic town of Jackson. Snap some photos beneath the famous elk antler arches on the Town Square, stroll along the old-time wooden boardwalks surrounding the Square, and stop into one of the many art galleries featuring Western art and sculptures from world renowned local artists. Taste one (or two!) of the many delicious homemade ice cream flavors at Moo's Gourmet Ice Cream while you relax on a wooden bench in the park. Explore the shops filled with unique handicrafts, clothing and gifts, many of them made by wonderfully talented local artisans. Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
