Vacation apartment in the historic, recently restored Lidl residence near Merano

Following a careful and comprehensive restoration, the historic Lidl estate in Prissian, near Merano, is opening its doors to offer a gentle, mindful, and enriching retreat. An immersive experience of the rural surroundings—refreshing and authentic. Five new vacation apartments, a well-preserved historic ambiance dating back to the 14th century, a spacious outdoor area with a natural swimming pond and a sunbathing lawn, and warm hospitality.

The historic vaulted ceilings and wrought-iron grilles make this apartment a truly special experience. All the furniture is crafted from solid wood, and the floors are made of stone and wood. The natural tones create a cozy atmosphere.

The private outdoor area, featuring a cozy seating lounge above the Lidl Chapel and a view of the historic stone arch, invites you to enjoy endless breakfast delights and balmy summer evenings.

You can choose from 3 different breakfast options, which we’ll be happy to deliver right to your apartment door. These primarily feature farm-fresh, lovingly homemade, and local products. Alternatively, you’re welcome to use our bread roll and milk service.

Once a week, we gather for a free strudel tasting with coffee and freshly made juices. Of course, everything is homemade and made with love!

Our farm garden and fruit trees provide us with the freshest fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, depending on the season. We use these to lovingly make our delicious jams, fruit and herb juices, flower syrups, fine chutneys, and jellies—all for our little farm store.
