It is located on a hill overlooking the surrounding countryside; your gaze turns to the sea and the scents of the beautiful garden of 6,000 square meters rich in fruit plants, myrtle, bougainvillea, roses, lemons, ancient olive trees and a splendid Pepe Rosa will make your stay here an oasis of peace!
In just 5 minutes by car you can opt for several beaches such as Foxi Manna or Foxi Murdegu, wide and fine sand, with a degrading sea, clear, clean and with crystal clear water! Easily accessible, with ample paid parking and also free.
The small beach kiosk offers umbrellas and sun beds for rent and a top-class cuisine as well as an unparalleled courtesy!
THE SPACE:
Park your car in the entrance courtyard, here you will find a very practical shower for the return home after the beach.
Villa Clara welcomes you with its spacious and bright spaces; the high ceilings covered with bamboo reeds according to an ancient Sardinian technique and a floor in terracotta made by hand with artisanal techniques, give elegance and refinement to the whole environment.
The living area is a large living room that houses the kitchen with two tables for indoor meals, a sitting area overlooking a scenic glazed garden view and access to the spectacular patio furnished with 8-seater table, white wicker benches and barbecue area.
In the living area there is also the first bathroom with washing machine and a storage room to be used as a pantry and storage.
A staircase, embellished with ancient blue ceramics, leads you to the sleeping area where there are three bedrooms and bathroom with double sinks and large shower.
The sea view room has an antique bed, a wardrobe, an antique desk and a small bookcase for guests.
From the second double bedroom you access the terrace on the back where a beautiful and lush wisteria gives freshness and intoxicating scents.
The sleeping area is completed by a bedroom with two antique single beds and a large wardrobe.
