Die Vermieter waren äußerst liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit, der Poolbereich fantastisch, auch für Kinder.12 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder uns 1 Baby waren restlos begeistert. "Großartige Villa. Man kann sich hier richtig wohl fühlen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Anfahrtsweg etwas holpriger Waldweg, aber überwindbar. Ansonsten top Unterkunft. Die Vermieter helfen auch bei allem Wissenswerten in der Umgebung, nehmen auch Reservierungen von Restaurants vor. Stehen mit Ihrer Erfahrung zur Seite, 1A Unterstützung (auch bei der KFZ-Werkstatt!) Das Essen insgesamt in der Toskana hat nicht vom Hocker gerissen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aber komplett....

"The property is perfectly located and well equipped. Marilia is just the loveliest person and host. She lives next door and is available if you need her but otherwise respects your privacy completely. The pool is great and the facilities at the house are excellent too. "We had a completely amazing stay at Casa Joanna. The home was plenty spacious for our group of ten. We had Valentino as a chef and took cooking lessons from him. He and his wife were delightful and the food outstanding. Roman made our stay perfect in every way. He was quick to respond to all messages, gave us great suggestions on what to do and where to eat. "This is a gem of an immaculately and tastefully restored farmhouse, set in spectacular olive trees and pine forest. Access is via a long driveway to a house that is about a kilometre from the village. There is total peace at the head of the valley, sitting beside the excellent pool, looking down on the lovely village of Santa Maria dei Guidicci. Sofia and Pierre-Angelo were graceful and very attentive hosts and we highly recommend this unique holiday home."
