"I stay here frequently. I decided to stay on the garden level this trip. If you stay on the garden level don’t stay in room 702. It’s right by the exteriors door to the pool and people go in and out of it all night slamming it constantly. Also there was no hot water in the room. Typically I have a much better experience here, but this time it was pretty disappointing."
"The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was immaculate, bending over backwards to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast variety was excellent with western and Chinese cuisine. It’s a little far from the downtown river walk, however if you look for peace and quiet, this is a wonderful place for you to relax and unwind. Well recommended from a traveler from Dallas, TX."
"Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. "
"Hotel com ótima estrutura, elevadores, academia e piscina! Como o prédio ainda segue em construção tem muita poeira e barulhos são constantes. Os funcionários ainda falham em alguns pontos, por exemplo, tempo para check in. Os quartos tem uma ótima vista da cidade. Fica próximo ao Aeon Mall e outros bares e restaurantes. É uma boa relação custo benefício."
