"Fijne plek, loopafstand van het gezellige Ullapool. Ontbijt is geweldig, personeel supervriendelijk. De kamer voldoet, beetje krap, bed was heerlijk, badkamer aan de kleine kant vooral de wastafel is zo klein dat je bijna niet fatsoenlijk je handen kunt wassen of tanden poetsen zonder een waterballet te veroorzaken. Maar mochten we terug gaan naar Ullapool zouden we toch zeker weer hier reserveren."
"Having stayed twice previously looking forward to our stay.Rooms bar area all good ,but the standard of the dining room was a big step back
Dinning room was poorly organized.Staff always on the back foot having to ask for things that should have been on table Dinner for 2 people was 2.5 hours Staff rarely present in dining room to speak to.
Breakfast had to ask for toast 3 times and was an age to take our order from menu .
Seems ok for guests there so obviously not trying to hard.

"The hotel is lovely, very tastefully renovated, the bedroom we stayed in (Uist) was extremely comfortable with a proper sized TV. The tea/coffee making facilities in the room were top notch. Beautiful large walk in shower in the ensuite bathroom. Everything about the hotel was done with care and attention, you felt like part of the family. Great food, breakfast and superb coffee. There are beautiful views across the loch from the hotel, you can spot wildlife in the crystal clear waters and enjoy...
