You can park your car near the cottage.You can walk on the paths located at the exit of the gîte all around the pastures and observe the mares, foals and other trotters at rest; In the spring, you can attend foaling, which is exceptional. In the gîtes, a window opens directly onto a foaling box.New: 3ha50 of vines have been planted by the family which will give a wine (red and white) to taste from 2021! 6ha 50 were planted in spring 2023.

The stud cottage was restored at the end of 2019 for 2 of its bedrooms and the kitchen (elements, fridge / freezer in 2 parts, gas cooker are new) and at the end of 2022 for the double bedroom and the dining room;
