"The house was nice and had good communication with the host. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a lot of room for our family to enjoy. The only negative was the neighbor. He was often drunk and loudly telling other guests about fishing “rules” around the canal. He made things uncomfortable on a couple of occasions including urinating off his stairs into the canal. Otherwise our stay was fantastic but that neighbor will keep us from returning to this house."

Unfortunately, there were not enough chairs at the dining table for everyone to sit around the table, a chair or 2 were missing. "We loved this house. The location was perfect. The only issue and this truly may have been stated in the description and I missed it, the third bedroom is downstairs away from the rest of the house. We had kids in there that were scared to sleep there the first night. It also would have been good to have a mirror that we could see our bodies. Some of us weren’t tall enough to see the only mirror in the bathroom."

"The house was perfect for 6 of us! The two bedrooms downstairs were ideal for adult children. The kitchen was amazing along with breakfast nook and living room. "Ok there was a lot of really great things about this house but I did take off a star for some things I found bad. First, we had sugar ants in the kitchen pretty bad we had to put all our food in the refrigerator to keep them off not that big of a deal, but there were ants. The real bad issue was the bed in the master bedroom is like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I couldn’t take it so my son switched with me and I took the queen bed which was much more comfortable, but there’s like AC ducts...

"Jamaica Cay was an awesome rental property. The bunk room was a bottom level room with a bath. The two guest rooms were second level with a king and Queen set up on the main level and bath. The primary bedroom was on the top level with king and large bathroom. This was a perfect scenario for 9 basically adults as we could all have our space at times and divide up. It is on the canal with beautiful sunrises, kayaks and bicycles to entertain older teenagers. We enjoyed our stay!"
