"Literally one of the best stays of my life. The hotel is breathtaking our room quite lovely and the view was amazing. The staff were overly nice and accommodating. It is within walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay here again."
"As expected from the chain, beautiful rooms, lobby, etc. Very well located. However, it is not a grade 9 like it was pointed out by the website. I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. Pedi que meu quarto fosse limpo e organizado todos os dias. No primeiro dia, nada feito. No segundo dia falei com o atendente da recepção e ao chegar à noite novamente nada havia sido feito. Então desço até a recepção (o telefone não estava funcionando) l, falei com a atendente e então no penúltimo antes do checkout o quarto foi organizado e limpo.

"The entire staff including the -front desk, dining, house keeping, and maintenance were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Our room was clean, the lobby was clean, and the site's facilities the gym, pool, dining area, were clean. The area was quiet.
