"The villa and grounds were stunning and larger than even the pictures show. Plenty of space for a family and very well equipped with all we needed. Plenty of games and stuff to do for the kids, including table tennis, volleyball net (plus one in the pool), and table football. Pool was lovely - large, clean and a good temperature. We used the barbeque a couple of times and ate on the veranda, which was a beautiful spot especially at sunset. We went to the Creo pasticceria and Ramozzi bakery every...

"It truly was perfect each room had its own bathroom. Each room was lovely. No one could complain. The location is fantastic. Easy day trips all over Umbria and every morning a ten minute drive to get breakfast pastries from the charming local bakery. Spectacular views in every direction. W"

"A great sized property with all the facilities that you need. Massive landscape gardens with a good sized pool and vegetable plot. The views were amazing. Air conditioning in all rooms which was a great asset. The host, Gian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of his knowledge, we attended local festivals and we had a reasonably priced chef come in and cook for us, which was more of an experience than just being catered for as we were all able to get involved. "Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. "Casale bellissimo in posizione comoda per tutti gli spostamenti. Ampi spazi, completa ed accessoriata di tutto. Abbiamo sofferto un po' il caldo di questi giorni ma di notte i ventilatori messi a disposizione ci hanno fatto dormire tranquilli. Bellissima piscina con meraviglia vista su Pontecuti. "Hotel excelente, que, na minha opinião, deveria ser considerado 4 estrelas. Tem 2 restaurantes, é limpo e amplo. A localização é perfeita, ao lado da basílica (note que tem uma subida para chegar lá). Nosso quarto tinha sacada, o que eu não esperava, e a vista era muito bonita. Foi uma surpresa agradável. Fomos muito bem atendidos no restaurante pelo Samir, e a comida estava deliciosa. O café da manhã também é ótimo, com muita variedade. O pessoal do hotel foi simpático e profissional. Guardaram nossas malas e se ofereceram para nos levar ao ponto de ônibus na saida, sem custo. Acredito que, se tivéssemos ligado, provavelmente teriam nos buscado na chegada também. Se for apontar alguma coisa que pode melhorar, é o fato de que usaram copos descartáveis de plástico no café da manhã, o que não é ecológico. Não sei se isso é algo recorrente... se for, deveria ser repensado. Mas, no geral, tivemos uma estadia excelente. A cidade e as paisagens ao redor são belíssimas: o lugar tem uma aura mistica. Tudo superou nossas expectativas. "
