"This place an unbelievably well done. They’ve thought of all the little details- river towels, sunscreen and JBL by pool, super high end well appointed kitchen, storage in refrigerators, ice, seating areas for sunrise and sunsets, hidden TV room. The location is perfect for exploring Big Bend and good location for Terlingua spots. We ended up extending our stay because it was so relaxing and perfect."

"This place was truly amazing!! It’s 2 miles off the main road so it’s secluded, but has multiple buildings so you’re not totally in the area alone. Each room is themed and you CANNOT beat the views. The bed was so comfy, the outside seating area was cozy and amazing. I can’t say enough about this place, it was perfect and we will be back! "

"The property was very clean and well kept. The location was a short walking distance to Terlingua ghost town and local restaurants. The views at night were amazing. I stayed with my small dog and she felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable, AC was a nice temperature and the room came with everything I needed. You do have to share a bathroom but I never encountered a line or wait and it was very clean. "

"Staying in Mimi's Guestroom was one of the very BEST decisions I made when planning my Far West Texas trip with friends. In fact, it was my my favorite overnight stay of my entire 10-day trip. What made it so was because it was completely comfortable, authentic, classy, and unassumingly cool.
