"Easy in and out, loved the location. We went to the waterpark and it was only 2 miles away. Had a washer and dryer for the bathing suits and towels which was a plus. Only minor complaint was washing your face in the sink is hard if you’re shorter."

"While the Riverview claims to be pet friendly, you cannot leave your pet in your room even in its kennel when you aren't there. This place is 1970's old but decent. It was fairly clean if you don't mind drain flies flying out of the sink drain every time you run water. The staff attempted to help by spraying LYSOL in the sink, they tried to tell us it was gnats coming in from the balcony when the balcony door hadn't been opened, at all. As a plus, the beds were clean, plenty of clean towels if...

"This place is a gem in disguise. I am so glad we stayed here. Seeing the wildlife (wild raccoons, and the birds made my grandkids vacation. The rooms were quite and they are updating it to make it even better. Great place to stay"

"We had a very nice stay at the Inn at Apple Valley is Sevierville. The location is central too many attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable with everything you need, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, coffee. We enjoyed having a balcony to sit on to enjoy fresh air and the serene view of the apple orchard across the road. We enjoyed having the peace and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety of choices. And the coffee was very delicious!!"
