Puffin Cottage Holidays is proud to present Min Y Mor in Tenby, situated in a majestic Victorian grade two listed building. It stands watch on the cliff top facing Carmarthen Bay and St Catherine's Island. Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment has had a carefully considered and full renovation.

Decorated throughout using hues of white, a direct contrast to the vivid colours of the sea and sky, the windows act as an ever-changing canvas. You will be captivated by the breathtaking panoramic ocean views before you. Min Y Mor has unique bespoke handcrafted features and industrial accents which add to the contemporary timeless design. Curved furniture and the open plan living allow you to flow through the apartment, mimicking the waves of the sea. Staying here will relax you, and your mind, body and soul!

A stone’s throw from the apartment are stone steps leading all the way down to golden sand, stretching from Castle beach to Penally when the tide is low. Centrally positioned, Tenby has many cafes, restaurants and pubs to sample the local food and drink. Wander through the cobbled streets, in and out of the shops and independent trades, absorbing the towns history and laid-back way of life.

Tenby has all you could want and need for a seaside holiday but be sure to visit the vast array of attractions that Pembrokeshire has to offer!

Enter the property into the hallway.

The Kitchen/ dining area – A well equipped kitchen for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Sit at the custom made concrete dining table with a coffee in hand to watch the sun rise through the open Juliet balcony.

Living area – A large archway creates separation from the kitchen/dining area. Cosy up on the curved sofa with a book from the quirky circular bookcase or reveal the large projector screen from behind the artwork on the wall to enjoy the surround sound cinema magic! Enjoy the panoramic sea views from the bay window seat overlooking the beautiful coast and St Catherine's Island.

Bedroom 1 - Master ensuite bedroom with sliding doors into the room and the ensuite. Double size bed, built in storage, dressing table and wall mounted smart TV. Stretch out on the enormous cushioned window seat at the foot of the bed to stare out to sea and let your mind float away with the waves. The ensuite comprises built-in storage, bath, toilet and wash hand basin. The focal point of the ensuite is the free-standing polished copper bath. Bathe in the opulent surroundings of soft lighting, bare stonework, rich earthy tones and glistening metals.

Bedroom 2 – Double bed, built in storage and smart TV. A quirky handcrafted saddle chair is positioned near the window with yet another spectacular sea view.

Bunk beds – The bunk beds are cleverly built into the wall, the perfect hideaway and sleeping quarters for children.

Bathroom is a Jack and Jill shower room, walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

Laundry room - Separate from the apartment, a few steps down from the apartment door is the locked laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, corner sink, extra bin storage and a counter top freezer.

This property further benefits from Wi-Fi, surround sound and gas central heating throughout.

PLEASE NOTE: Regrettably this property is not suitable for children under the age of 4 years old.

No parking at the property - there are a number of car parks within a 5 minute walk.

For your information there is an outside camera at this property for security purposes.

NB: The property is located in Tenby town centre and there are vehicular restrictions through some of the peak summer weeks.

Please note, a refundable damage deposit of £250 is required when staying at this property.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
"Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
"Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
"Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
"Website" means the booking website.
"Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
"Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
"Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
"Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
"Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
"You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

1. Contract and Booking
We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.

The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

2. Booking Fees
A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

3. Deposits and Balance Payments
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

4. Damage Deposits
Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.

5. Availability
The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays.
