The Space:

Aubrey Villa consists of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker, a dining room with dining table, TV, and access to the garden, and a sitting room with Smart TV, gas fire, games, and books. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, king-size, twin, and bunk bed, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, and washing machine, and a shower room with walk-in shower. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a side patio with furniture and bike storage, an enclosed, rear courtyard with decking, gravel, furniture, and barbecue, plus public car parks available nearby property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Highchair and travel cot available. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Aubrey Villa. Note: A few steps up to entrance. Note: Trundle bed in ground-floor bedroom is suitable for a child. Note: There is one step up to the house from the pavement and one small step to the front door. Note: Parking immediately outside the house is for residents only with a few spaces along the road for public parking. Please note: Only week-long bookings between 26th June and 31st August 2026 *Must commence on a Saturday to a Saturday. Please note that Christmas breaks must depart on or before 30th December. Enclosed by medieval walls, this beautiful town features a maze of cobbled streets, hosting an array of quirky shops, indoor locally-sourced food market, tea rooms and tempting restaurants. Almost three miles of stunning, Blue Flag-awarded beaches provide a variety of watersports, whilst walkers and cyclists can enjoy the local flora and fauna on the coastal paths, something the competitors of the world-renowned Tenby Iron-Man contest (held in mid-September) haven’t time for!
