Puffin Cottage Holidays presents 8 Culver Park, a three bedroom cottage just a few minutes walk from Tenby's South Beach and town centre.

Located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes walk from the historic Tenby town walls and bustling town centre, Culver Park is also just a few minutes walk from Tenby’s beautiful award winning South Beach - the perfect playground for children and families. What’s more, Tenby's other spectacular beaches are all within a 10 minute walk; relax at the postcard perfect Castle Beach or explore Goscar Rock on the North Beach. Throughout the summer there are regular boat trips from Tenby harbour and Castle Beach where you can visit the tranquil Caldey Island - home of the Cistercian monks, cruise on the Seal Safari, climb aboard for a spot of mackerel fishing and for the perfect end to your day, set sail on the Sunset Cruiser taking in the ocean breeze and the serenity of Tenby's coastline.

This self-catering cottage has been lovingly renovated and furnished to a high standard and is well equipped throughout. The cottage enters into the hallway which leads through to the open plan living/dining room which offers comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 6 people with a large wall mounted, flat screen TV with FreeView. Large patio doors open the room out onto the peaceful decked area with outside seating.

The dining area flows through to the modern and stylish kitchen which is well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge freezer, coffee machine, 6-ring hob with oven and grill and wine rack.

Also on the ground floor of the cottage you will find a double bedroom with dressing table and ample storage, as well as a shower room with large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, toilet and wash hand basin.

Upstairs are the two further bedrooms;

The Master Bedroom benefits from a wall-mounted flat screen TV, dressing table and plenty of storage.

Decorated with a seaside theme, the twin bedroom also offers plenty of storage.

The family bathroom comprises a jacuzzi bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

The property further benefits from central heating and WiFi.

There is no parking at this property but there are several car parks in the town including the Seafront and Multi Storey car parks, where weekly tickets can be purchased.

Travel cot and high chair provided.

Mid-week and weekend breaks are available outside of peak season and at other times where there is late availability.

Whether pets are accepted (and the number of pets accepted) is displayed within the property description. No other pets are permitted in the property, this includes external areas of the property.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
"Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
"Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
"Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
"Website" means the booking website.
"Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
"Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
"Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
"Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
"Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
"You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

1. Contract and Booking
We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.

The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

2. Booking Fees
A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

3. Deposits and Balance Payments
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

4. Damage Deposits
Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.

5. Availability
The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. The booking fee will be non-refundable in these circumstances as we will have carried out our services for this to you at the point of booking.

6. Guest Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation from the lead Hirer, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation after payment of the balance every effort will be made to relet the property. If such reletting is possible the balance or that part thereof that is paid by another client and recouped via replacement booking will be repaid (less the deposit and booking fee).

7. Hirers' Responsibilities
The lead Hirer will ensure that:

All Guests act responsibly and carefully whilst at the Property and the Property is left clean, tidy and in the same state of repair and cleanliness that it was found in, for example crockery and cutlery is washed up and put back in cupboards and refuse is disposed of. Any breakage, damage or excessive mess will be billed to, and must be paid for, by the person who booked the property.
any damage or breakages made during the holiday occupancy are reported to the owner and must be paid for (wear and tear excepted);
no more than the maximum number of people or pets are allowed to stay at the Property (as stated on the Website)
smoking is not permitted in any of the Properties

Lovely house in super quiet street!

Beautiful house - much bigger than it looks in the photos. Lots of hot water when you need it which is brilliant and not always the case in holiday rentals. Great kitchen with everything you need including a hot water tap for tea which was super! Lovely little garden which was useful with our dog. Beds were really comfortable however the bed foot boards meant I had to sleep in the second double room as my 6 foot four husband didn't fit in the bed as he was too long for it so had to sleep diagonally!

Perfect spot

Great place to stay to access everything Tenby has to offer- the town, bars, shops and restaurants and the 3 beaches. Well equipped with everything you might need, except a few plates and bowls for 6 people (just needed a few more)

Great location modern and comfortable

We stayed here as a couple and my older parents in July 24. We actually rented a house in the same road last year so so like and location, convenient for town, parking is ok,can get free parking if lucky or paid car park 2 min walk away. The house is modern and comfortable and well equipped with a great little garden. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable with good TV and wifi in the house. Communication with the management company was good and the instructions were first rate.

Great house

Nice and easy house to rent. The toilet seat was broke which I’m not sure why the cleaner didn’t flag this up with puffin cottages but they did arrange for it to be fixed. The house needs bigger cooking pots for the stove considering it caters for 6 people.

Modern stylish excellent location 5 mins beach and town centre. Every possible piece of equipment for the home and the kitchen.Large bedrooms superb kitchen this together with a great outside space for dining outside you will be well pleased like us if you choose this place for your next holiday in Tenby.

Cleaning.

The property was fab in every detail except the cleaning prior to our arrival could have been better. All the cupboard doors in the new kitchen were covered in smears and finger prints and under the sofas it looked like a beach and there was dog hair around the edges in the dining area...... we left our chrome cast plugged into the television is there any chance of getting it back please? luxurious

Lovely and luxurious property location was great however not really toddler friendly could of done with a stair gate and some sort of extended gate on the lounge due to steps my granddaughter fell a few times and lounge door doesn’t stay closed so was a bit of a nightmare trying to keep her in other than that it was an excellent property I would definitely recommend without toddlers or if those adaptations were done would be perfect
