"Three bedroom end unit means SPACIOUS balcony, really could spend a weekend there and never leave it. Sunsets are spectacular. Condo was very clean. Master has gulf views BR 1 and 2 are adequate as is the kitchen which has coffee maker and was well equipped. Oh- there are beach chairs and canopy and umbrella and beach toys there, i did not see in listing, we brought our own, but they are there! Location is fabulous, the Apollo is a little dated but right there amongst the high end places, and...

"The property was clean and updated with newer appliances and furnishings. There is a nice restaurant and bar on the first level, for a quick bite to eat or a drink without leaving. The pool area is clean and maintained, not over chlorinated. The beach area is right out the back door and is very nice. The owners were very informative and easy to communicate with via text or email. We did the Jet ski tour and highly recommend it, just put on plenty of sun screen or protective clothing. Also...

"My husband and I vacationed in Marco Island. We haven't been there in 14 years and was excited to see the changes. We normally stay at the Marriott but wanted to stay in a condo. WOW - this is the best condo we ever rented. Great location - beach access is right across the street and can walk to many restaurants. Check in process was easy and the host even lists several ideas for dinner and other tips. Any questions i had were answered right away. i never felt so at home as I did in this condo....

"Very easy to check- in and check-out. Condo inside was decorated nicely and was clean. Unfortunately, the balcony was covered with bird droppings. They congregated at the restaurant dumpster because they weren’t closing the lid. I did report it to the front desk and they talked with the restaurant. Unfortunately, this continued all week. We did clean off the deck items and railings. But, I wasn’t going to clean it every day. Other than that, it was great!!!"
