Summary:
Welcome to our lakefront home on Watts Bar Lake—your serene escape in central Tennessee. Tie up your boat at our dock or rent one from Blue Springs Marina across the lake. Relax on the screened porch with a wood-burning fireplace or sip coffee as the sun rises. If the schedule allows and the home is ready, we offer FREE early check-in—just ask when you book!

The Space:
The main floor consists of an open living floorplan with kitchen, dining and living area. Great for family and friends gathering. Off the front foyer or back patio, there is a beautiful screened in patio with a wood burning fireplace and big screen smart TV. The rest of the main floor consists of a hallway accessed full bathroom, a Queen bedroom with a 1/2 bath on-suite and the bunk room with 4BR's.

Heading upstairs via the central stair case, you'll find 4 total Bedrooms all with King Beds. They flank each side of the house. Between the 4 bedrooms are 2 full bathrooms. The lake facing bedrooms each have doorways out to the balcony overlooking the lake and the backyard. A perfect place to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of Joe. Each bedroom has a sizable closest, the 2 lake facing bedrooms have almost room sized closets that we've found can make a sleeping alcove for infants or toddlers.

The large lot is yours to enjoy and recreate. There is a patio and firepit down by the lake as well as the boathouse with tandem double slip as well as a floating platform for standup paddle boards or jet skis. As mentioned, Blue Springs Marina is located directly across the lake from our home where you can rent pontoon boats. Blue Springs buys new boats each year for their rental fleet. They are high quality!

NOTE: This is a TVA Dammed Lake. The water goes down seasonally and we do not have water to the dock during the winter months. The water starts to recede in NOV and by DEC there is no water at the dock. Water starts to return in late MAR and full pool is the last week of April where water at the dock will be 4 feet deep.

The outdoor shower located on the east side of the home right off the patio. The patio also hosts a large gas grill for outdoor cooking/bbq'ing!

We're so glad you are considering our lakehouse and hope you book and enjoy everything this beautiful natural setting has to offer—from peaceful views and fresh air to the calming sounds of the water. With that said, we’d like to remind you that staying at a lake property means sharing space with Mother Nature.

While we take great care in maintaining the home and keeping critters at bay, it's possible guests may encounter insects, spiders, or other wildlife during your stay. This is part of the natural environment, and we encourage guests to be prepared and mindful.

Additionally, as with any waterfront property, there are inherent risks involved in being near the lake. Please supervise children closely, avoid slippery areas, and use caution around the water.

By booking this home, you acknowledge and accept these natural elements as part of the experience. We encourage you to embrace it, stay safe, and soak in the serenity that makes lake life so special.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property while staying at our home including the boathouse. The water at the boathouse is 4 feet deep at full TVA pool that is reached on April 18 every year.

There is a locked owners closet in the home as well as the storage shed in the driveway that is not available. Other than that, it's all yours for your the entirety of your stay.

Other Things to Note:
We offer early check-in or check-out when possible which is based on other guests and/or cleaner schedule. Please inquire as needed.
