"Great value and awesome location!"

"Hotel muito bem localizado, com ótimo café da manhã."

"Everything about Kizen Villa was magnificent. The hosts were so friendly and interesting. They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here."

"2 markets and a ramen place right next to this place. Train station is 8 mins away. Have to try the fried chicken place right down the street next to the train station!!"

"Top hotel into the quiet part of Shinjuku. Close to the park and very well connected with the subway. Free shuttle bus to Shinjuku station is very convenient."

"Apesar de o quarto ser minúsculo, sem ventilação natural, não tem como eu não falar bem deste hotel, eles acertam em tudo, pensam em tudo para deixar o hóspede o mais agradável possível! Agora já sei, todo vez que eu for ao Japão vou reservar hotel da rede APÁ, pois já sei que o serviço tem qualidade!!!!"

"We loved being here. It's very well located and comfortable. Kiyo and Jeffrey are great and always helpful. We would definitely come back!"

"Homely little place nestled within walking distance to everything. The bar when you walk in is a nice touch—you don’t have to drink in order to appreciate it as a gathering place, and opportunity to converse with fellow travelers."

"비교적 나쁘지 않음. 다만, 거실에만 냉난방기 있음. 방에 냉난방기 없는 것은 많이 아쉬움. 수건/타울 세트가 5일 묵었는데, 하루치 밖에 없음. 무인운영 시스템이라, 불만 개선 등이 바로안됨."

"Localização muito boa. Quarto limpo e funcional."

"Great location (50 m from Nishi Shinzuku subway station) and the city hall building (beautiful free view from the 45th floor, 10-minute walk)...and Kabukicho (Godzilla, DonKi store, great local restaurants) + Jardim Nacional Gyoen (lindo...20 min à pé). Easy access (subway) to: Shibuya, Ginza, Harajuku...)"

"Bem localizado , fácil acesso as compras"

"It was a reasonable stay. But slightly confusing. There is two properties for this address. Google maps brought us to the wrong one. They did not respond on Expedia within 2 hours. We resorted to WhatsApp that they replied in about 15 minutes. Being at the second property the door code worked but the lock box did not we waited for an hour before using whatsapp. The room is quite small and there is tables and chairs that just take up space. Barely enough room for 2 backpacks and a carry on...
