"GOOD AFTERNOON,
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A HUGE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS HOTEL, THE SERVICE, THE ROOMS, THE AMENITIES, THE CLEANING, BREAKFAST WAITING AND SERVICE, COFFE SHOP SERVICE... ALL OF IT, I STAYED ALMOST A WEEK HAD 3 ROOMS BOOKED AND WAS PAYING ALMOST 400USD PER ROOM IN VERY SMALL ROOMS AND WITH THE WORST SERVICE I COULD GET.
MY GUESTS WERE SHOCKED, I ALWAYS STAY IN THIS HOTEL BUT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE AMOUNT I WAS PAYING I GOT THE SMALLEST ROOMS EVER, THE CLEANING WAS SO BAD THAT...
"Top notch service during my visit here. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. Very clean and all is available for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had ample options and the waiting staff was very kind. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Mumbai again. "

"The Moxy Mumbai is an excellent hotel if you are needing to be close enough to Mumbai international airport and would like a really comfortable stay with clean rooms, all the facilities you need and the extra special Moxy Style consistent in other parts of the world. The breakfast was substantial and the bar area and lounge on the ground floor a good place to relax and wait for friends. "
"When I first arrived I was slightly concerned because the hotel was out of down town Mumbai and didn’t look that welcoming. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there. "

"A great hotel that was good value and in a good location. Near the airport but also in the heart of Andheri so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Proximity to the motorway was a concern but inside it was like an oasis - zero noise. Roof top terrace and pool was a bonus. "
