The property also includes a covered terrace ideal for relaxing or socializing, as well as private balconies with open views.

The community offers a wide range of on-site amenities including an ocean-view beach club, several restaurants and cafés, the Copper & Stone grocery store, spa, gym, hotel, shops, and the outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride. There are also extensive hiking and biking trails.

Construction Notice



Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, so there may be construction in the area with minimal disturbance.



Essential services such as a medical center, pharmacy, bank, and legal services are available nearby for your convenience.



Parking



Free parking is available for up to two vehicles. Parking at the property is managed through an autonomous and environmentally friendly system using a reusable card provided upon arrival. If the card is not returned, a replacement fee of $50 USD will apply. Parking on the main road is prohibited.



Las Catalinas Beach Club – Daily Pass Options



The Beach Club offers daily access options subject to availability. The adult pass is $30 USD plus 13% VAT and includes $15 in consumable credit. The child pass for ages 8 to 12 is $15 USD plus 13% VAT and includes $10 in consumable credit. Children under 8 years old have free entry with limited access.



A Swim and Gym pass is also available for $20 USD plus 13% VAT and is valid between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Hours may vary and access is limited.
