Following your way, you'll get to Potrero Bay. You can find many fabulous restaurants, stores, the Costa Rica Sailing Center, and even breweries. The new Marina in Flamingo is minutes away. To the north, you will encounter Potrero's local town, which is similar to all of Costa Rica's traditional beach towns: a soccer field, school, church, smaller homes, sodas (local restaurants), and a few essential grocery stores (pulperías). The town is near beaches Playa Penca and Playa Prieta, and further north you will find the enchanting Las Catalinas Town, which has access to astonishing beaches like Playa Danta and Dantita.

- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $750.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
