The property was in an excellent location and was perfect for our needs - relaxing! Restaurants and tours recommended by Karin Real Estate were fantastic! I was nice to chat with the residence of the property who gave us great recommendations as well. Loved it!

We had a wonderful few days in Playa Portero at this beachside condo. We enjoyed the beautiful oceanside view, easy beach access and well-maintained pool at the property. The property manager was very responsive and had great communication throughout our stay. The condo itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. There are great places to eat just around the corner. There are lots of places to explore within a short drive. We wished our stay here was longer!

The unit and the grounds were gorgeous! When we realized that the air conditioner in the main room wasnā€™t working, Krain immediately replied and came to look at it. When it was determined that it needed to be replaced, they immediately got to work finding us a new property. We were moved the same day to an equally beautiful place with a gift bag for the inconvenience of needing to relocate. Would highly recommend and use again!

The property had an amazing view of the ocean and was walkable to many restaurants, bars and for groceries. The unit was well laid out, clean and had basic amenities. The only negative was the air conditioner in the main living area could not cool down the space.

Pictures are very accurate, the property is mere steps to the beach. Potrero is a great, quieter beach town that has some great food nearby. Excellent coffee, smoothie bowls, and massages are less than 10 minutes walk away. Short drive to Tamarindo if you want more of a party scene or more surfable beaches. Hosts were great and responsive to messages.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Playa Potrero. The beach being right outside was perfect for travel with two young kids. The baby monitor we brought even reached the pool area, easily. The town is very safe to walk around, and there are just enough places within walking distance. We went to the closest place (a coffee/sandwich/salad type place) twice and also really loved the brewery with courtyard and food stalls.

Fabulous condo on the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants from the beach but requires transportation to stores and other shops. Safe, quiet and located on a volcanic sand beach. Wished we could stay more than 2 nights! Thank you!

We had a great time at this beautiful condo. The online listing was spot on. We had no problem checking in, the pool and view was amazing. The locals were super friendly and knowledgeable. We loved staying here and hope to be back! Many good restaurants within walking distance as well as fruit stands and grocery store. The sand on our beach was more of a black color when you got up on it, however Flamingo Beach is a short drive away they have white sand beaches with big waves. The sunsets were magnificent! Make sure to go for a night swim and stop at the Shack & Hemingways for food !!

This was the nicest condo we stayed in on our trip to Costa Rica. The beach view from the condo was awesome, it was clean, beds were comfortable and we loved walking and swimming on the beach. There was also a small pool that was partly shaded late afternoon. This was the perfect place for us to relax at the end of our trip.

This recently updated condo has everything needed for any length stay. Right on the black sand beach, small(expensive) grocery stores and restaurants nearby, very close to Flamingo and not far from Tamarindo. We loved every minute of our stay.

Everything was as expected/hoped. Property was clean, right on the beach. The area is quite quiet which is what we were looking for. Property manager was available for recommendations and assistance (such as a local taxi).

When we first stumbled upon this villa on HomeAway From Home, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Gaily's Dream place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Totally recommend it.
