Villa Smeralda 4 is one of 7 apartments in a holiday complex outside of Olbia and can accommodate up to 7 people. The barrier-free apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed) and a bathroom. An additional bed can be provided for the seventh person. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with wifi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a highchair. The highlight of the accommodation is the spacious, shared outdoor area, which leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the Italian sun by the pool with sunbeds and umbrellas or enjoy a meal on the terrace with barbecue. The accommodation also includes horses, ponies, chickens and turtles, which make the resort a paradise for children. The centre of Olbia, 5 km away, offers a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Some beaches can be reached within 20 minutes by car or approx. 21 km.
