"Absolutely stunning stay. Faultless - from check in to check out. We really appreciated the late check out. If we return to Singapore, this would be the only hotel I would stay at. All in all a wonderful stay. "
"O hotel é bom , 4km das principais atrações de Singapura , tem um ponto de ônibus em frente q te leva ao centro, ou cerca de 8 min caminhando do MRT que é o metro.
O quarto e bom , amplo e a limpeza e boa.
Não tem Cafe da manhã , mas eles oferecem uns petiscos até as 10:00 na recepção.
Entrada com malas somente pela garagem que tem elevador.
Gostei e voltaria."
"Overall, everything went very well. The room has a good structure and the hotel's overall service is very good and efficient.
However, I didn't feel the same level of organization in the pool service. Sometimes they brought water, towels and the menu, but other times they didn't. I got the feeling that as they knew they were customers who most likely wouldn't consume at the bar, the treatment was different."
"Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week.
