It is an easy walk into the Plaza area of Mountain Village; it is across the street from the Telluride Conference Center with all of its events. The condo has a king master suite, and the second bedroom has a brand new queen size mattress and frame. The owner has beautifully furnished and decorated the condo. The kitchen is well stocked for the gourmet and will be a delight to cook and still socialize with other family members and friends.
There is a deck with beautiful mountain views and hot tub off the living room. The grill on the Deck has been removed for insurance purposes. Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
