Stays 30 days or longer are subject to host approval and a lease agreement to be signed within 48 hours following booking containing customary provisions, including:
• Fully refundable if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in
• After 48 hours following booking (or immediately upon booking if check-in is then within 28 days), the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
• Refundable lease security deposit of $15,000 to be submitted within 48 hours
• No pets except upon prior written approval by host; if approved, a refundable pet security deposit of $1,000 per pet and a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet would apply
• Specified lease termination date, with no automatic renewal
• Holdover clause with daily rent multiplier
• No subletting / no additional occupants without host’s written permission
